Yesterday you received a permission slip for the Parent Child Resource Center’s Activity Bags. Please allow your child to participate in this wonderful program.

Each week your child will receive an activity bag that promotes reading or math. Some of the bags contain books with puppets, others have a game you can play with your child, and still others include videos or books on tape. The children really look forward to getting a bag each week. It's nice as a parent too; the school is supplying a quick activity that you can do with your child in the evening. It can be returned the next day or the child can keep it until the end of the week.

You also got your child’s PIN number for the lunch pay system. Please help your child practice this number on the paper keypad and memorize it.

I also sent home the volunteer schedule for the parents that were interested in helping in the classroom. Please email me this weekend if you cannot come in at the time I have scheduled.
